Do I need to be flexible?2026-07-19T19:34:33+01:00

Not at all. You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga, it’s something that develops over time. Classes are suitable for all levels, and poses can always be adapted to meet your individual needs. You will need to let me know if you have any health conditions that are relevant to your practice, such as high blood pressure, knee or back injuries, or if you are pregnant.

What do I need?2026-07-19T19:35:02+01:00

A yoga mat and comfortable clothing are all you really need. Yoga blocks or bricks can be helpful for extra support, and a blanket is lovely to have for relaxation at the end of the practice. If you’re new to yoga, don’t worry if you don’t have everything straight away.

I’ve never practised yoga before. Can I still join?2026-07-19T19:35:35+01:00

Absolutely. Beginners are warmly welcomed. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, to listen to your body, and to rest whenever you need.

What can I expect from a class?2026-07-19T19:36:02+01:00

Classes offer a gentle blend of movement, breath awareness and relaxation, creating space to reconnect with yourself. The emphasis is on practising mindfully, with plenty of room to adapt movements in ways that feel right for you.
