Clinical Supervision
For counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees
Supervision can offer a steady, reflective space to pause, think about your client work, and feel supported in the complexity of practice. You may be looking for somewhere to bring uncertainty, questions, ethical dilemmas, stuck points, or the emotional impact of the work without feeling that you need to have everything worked out.
The Seven-Eyed Model
My approach to supervision is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in curiosity. I draw on the Seven-Eyed Model, which allows us to look at the work from different angles: the client, the therapeutic relationship, your responses as practitioner, the wider context, and what may be happening between us in supervision.

Mindfulness and Wellbeing
I also integrate mindfulness into supervision. This might involve slowing down, noticing what is present in the body, breath, emotions or thoughts, and creating space to listen more deeply to what the work is asking of you. Mindfulness can support presence, self-awareness, regulation, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself as a practitioner.
I see supervision as more than case management. It is a place to support your development, attend to your wellbeing, explore the personal and professional edges of the work, and stay connected to your own values and way of practising.
Together, we can work at a pace that feels useful and supportive, balancing challenge with care. My intention is to offer a supervision relationship where you can think openly, be met as a whole person, and feel supported to practise with integrity, confidence, and compassion.
In-person and Online Supervision Sessions
I offer supervision in person and online for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees. If you are looking for a supervisor, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
